双荧光素酶,miRNA检测载体(miRNA靶基因3’UTR质粒载体)。miRNA是一类具有调控功能的非编码小RNA,主要通过与靶基因mRNA 3’UTR完全或不完全互补配对而调控靶基因的表达。pGreenII 0800-miRNA载体是专门用来检测miRNA作用的检测工具,将基因的3’UTR区克隆至载体萤火虫荧光素酶基因(luciferase)下游位点,以萤火虫荧光素酶基因作为报告基因,以海肾荧光素酶基因(RLuc)作为内参基因,通过检测萤火虫荧光素酶活性的相对变化情况来鉴定miRNA对该基因是否有调控作用。
