载体描述
pGenesil-1质粒是以pEGFP-C1质粒为骨架改造获得的。pEGFP-C1质粒广泛用于哺乳动物细胞已经多年,它具有荧光蛋白表达,非常方便导入效果的检测。
(1) 调控shRNA的启动子为hU6启动子。shRNA插入位点:BamHI、HindIII;
(2) 此载体带有EGFP荧光基因,可作为转染指示;
(3) 此载体带有Neo抗性基因,可在真核细胞中用G418进行筛选。
